All our products are vegan and have a balanced pH value. Sure, that's no problem. Please make sure to clean the bottle thoroughly beforehand. For an optimal cleaning experience, you should make sure that the bottles do not have a capacity of more than 750ml.
Fill the empty bottle with lukewarm tap water. Please do not use hot water, otherwise it may damage the bottle. Add the tab in the next step. Wait until it has completely dissolved before you screw the spray head onto the bottle.
Tip: In the case of stubborn dirt, it helps to let our cleaners work in for a little longer before wiping off with a damp cloth.
Our detergent tabs have a shelf life of several years unopened, but you should not expose the tabs to moisture unnecessarily. Dissolved, the cleaners can be kept for at least 6 months.
This happens in rare cases and is due to the resolution behavior of the tabs. Please leave your bottle open for a while after you have added the water and tab. As a result, no pressure builds up inside the bottle. If you want to be on the safe side, you should definitely turn the spray heads to "Off", then nothing can happen!
Our glass cleaners do not contain aggressive alcohols. In conventional cleaning agents, these ensure that the liquid evaporates very quickly and the panes dry quickly. We therefore recommend working with a dry cloth or squeegee so that you can experience a streak-free result.
Our laundry detergent comes to your home in a box made from 100% recycled paper, with no plastic coating. Please dispose of the cardboard in the waste paper. In this way, the paper can be fed back into the waste paper recycling cycle.
Absolutely. Our Sensitive detergent does not contain any fragrances or dyes and is therefore ideal for allergy sufferers and people with sensitive skin.
Our heavy-duty detergent contains phosphonates and polycarboxylates. These substances are usually classified as 'poorly biodegradable'. However, we only use these in very small amounts so that they can be completely clarified. This means that only biodegradable substances get into the waste water.
To save paper, we do not send an invoice in your package. We do not automatically send an invoice to every customer by email either. After completing the order, however, you will immediately receive an order confirmation, which also includes a purchase summary. However, if you still need a separate invoice, please contact our customer service (contact form). Then we will be happy to send you an invoice!
Your payment information will be provided to you separately by your provider of the selected payment method. If you pay in advance, you will be automatically forwarded to the corresponding check-out page after completing the order.
The shipping of orders atklænyis free of charge for orders above 50€ - for orders below 50€ you are charged 7,90€.
It usually takes around 3-5 working days. As soon as your order has left the warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation. This will also contain your DHL tracking number and you will also be able to select individual delivery options via shipment tracking.
If the delivery has taken place, but you have not accepted your shipment, please check with possible storage locations or with neighbors to see whether the order is there. Then we ask you to contact us. If the delivery has been on its way for a long time and the status has not changed, please contact us as well. You can reach us at any time via the contact form. This is basically possible, but you have to contact our customer service for this. Our colleagues will then check whether the order can actually still be cancelled. It may be that your order is already ready for dispatch (i.e. the package is packed) or has even already been handed over to DHL.
Otherwise, of course, you have the option of sending your order back to us after you have received it. Your right of return is valid for 30 days from receipt of the goods. We will usually refund you the full amount within 3 working days of receipt of the return.
In individual cases, our customer service can still correct and process orders. If you wish to do so, it is imperative that you contact us as early as possible. However, if the package is already ready for dispatch, we can unfortunately no longer process it.

1) If the amount of your voucher is higher than what you pay for your order, you keep the rest of course. The remaining amount will be credited to your voucher. You can simply use it again for your next purchase.
2) If the amount of your voucher is lower than what you pay for your order, you have to pay the difference yourself. This then proceeds like a normal payment.
