We only use packaging materials that are 100% recyclable but are always made from recycled materials. In addition, our products are certified to the extent that they meet the highest sustainability criteria.

We cooperate with many partners in order not only to prevent the plastic and environmental problem, but also to actively combat it. For example, with our partner CleanHub, we collect sea plastic for every order.

All our products are vegan and have a balanced pH value. In addition, our products - like other cleaning agents - are not tested on animals, because in the EU it is generally forbidden to carry out animal testing for cleaning agents. Accordingly, our cleaning products are of course manufactured without testing or experimentation on animals.

We only use ingredients that are on the EPA's list of safer chemical ingredients and none of the EWG's restricted ingredients lists. Our products are all free of microplastics. This is of the utmost importance to us, which is why some of the strictest environmental regulations apply to the manufacture of our products and we have all our products certified. Compared to conventional cleaning agents, you can save up to 94% CO2 emissions and a lot of packaging waste by switching to klaeny.

Sure, that's no problem. Please make sure to clean the bottle thoroughly beforehand. For an optimal cleaning experience, you should make sure that the bottles do not have a capacity of more than 750ml.

Fill the empty bottle with lukewarm tap water. Please do not use hot water, otherwise it may damage the bottle. Add the tab in the next step. Wait until it has completely dissolved before you screw the spray head onto the bottle.

Tip: In the case of stubborn dirt, it helps to let our cleaners work in for a little longer before wiping off with a damp cloth.

Our detergent tabs have a shelf life of several years unopened, but you should not expose the tabs to moisture unnecessarily. Dissolved, the cleaners can be kept for at least 6 months.

This happens in rare cases and is due to the resolution behavior of the tabs. Please leave your bottle open for a while after you have added the water and tab. As a result, no pressure builds up inside the bottle. If you want to be on the safe side, you should definitely turn the spray heads to "Off", then nothing can happen!

Our glass cleaners do not contain aggressive alcohols. In conventional cleaning agents, these ensure that the liquid evaporates very quickly and the panes dry quickly. We therefore recommend working with a dry cloth or squeegee so that you can experience a streak-free result.

To save paper, we do not send an invoice in your package. We do not automatically send an invoice to every customer by email either. After completing the order, however, you will immediately receive an order confirmation, which also includes a purchase summary. However, if you still need a separate invoice, please contact our customer service (contact form). Then we will be happy to send you an invoice!

Your payment information will be provided to you separately by your provider of the selected payment method. If you pay in advance, you will be automatically forwarded to the corresponding check-out page after completing the order.

In such a case, you are welcome to make use of your 30-day right of return. If you are not satisfied with your order, send our customer service a request via our contact form

This is basically possible, but you have to contact our customer service for this. Our colleagues will then check whether the order can actually still be cancelled. It may be that your order is already ready for dispatch (i.e. the package is packed) or has even already been handed over to DHL.

Otherwise, of course, you have the option of sending your order back to us after you have received it. Your right of return is valid for 30 days from receipt of the goods. We will usually refund you the full amount within 3 working days of receipt of the return.

In individual cases, our customer service can still correct and process orders. If you wish to do so, it is imperative that you contact us as early as possible. However, if the package is already ready for dispatch, we can unfortunately no longer process it.

You can easily have your order sent to a Packstation. Please note the following when ordering:

1. Enter your first and last name, as usual.

2. Enter the postal number - you can find this on the Packstation Card.

3. Enter the name of the Packstation in the "Street" field.

4. In the "House number" field, enter the number of the desired packing station.

5. Enter the data of the Packstation as "zip code" and "place of residence".
